5 out of 5 stars

Dr Irv continues to preform miracles on my breaking body. He fixed my knees and back when I first started ... now they are pain free. I continued my sports activities, and he fixes the new problems this 67 year old body encounters. Walking 105 holes of golf in 5 days, bike riding the 120 mile Jack and Back, volleyball and pickle ball are still my current activities.

His exercise equipment and facilities are always very clean. The exercise programs always vary and keep you on your toes. Challenge him and he'll kick your butt, but if you are hurting anywhere ... he'll make sure to strengthen and improve your problem area.

5 stars! Irv has been a delight to work with over the years. He is always accommodating of my schedule and gives me a great workout! He does more than just train me 2 days a week, he answers all my health questions via email 24/7 and sends me articles he knows are relevant to me and my lifestyle. He is a great friend and trainer.
