Half Time Training
No, it doesn’t mean running to the fridge to get more beer. With the Half Time package, you do 30-45 minutes of cardio training on your own on STEPS’ equipment before meeting with your personal trainer to knock out a more highly focused workout than you ever thought possible in 30 minutes. With Pre-Surgery Conditioning, we pay special attention to your specific needs, taking into account the pre-existing condition, such as a joint dysfunction, and the post-existing requirements, such as physical therapy. We strengthen weaknesses, preparing the muscles to work better post-surgery to help you get up and out of bed, and resume a more active lifestyle.
