Don’t worry, you won’t be asked to sing. Instead, you meet one-on-one with your personal trainer as he or she guides you through a series of comprehensive hour-long training sessions, designed to systematically progress you towards your own personal goals.

Half Time Training
No, it doesn’t mean running to the fridge to get more beer. With the Half Time package, you do 30-45 minutes of cardio training on your own on STEPS’ equipment before meeting with your personal trainer to knock out a more highly focused workout than you ever thought possible in 30 minutes.

Good Vibrations Training
Any of the above training sessions may be augmented with Whole Body Vibration for enhanced strength, flexibility, and/or bone density.
(A $5 surcharge per person is added to each session.)
