Diet - Inclusive vs Exclusive...or BothAs per my blog post of June 22, this article says it nicely: it’s not just what you eat but what you don’t eat, too.

Now, that may or may not sync perfectly with said post, but it does address one of the features of my earlier post: that ‘diet’ is more than what’s promoted for health, fitness, or appearance.

A diet is the entire spectrum of what, when, why, where, and with whom you eat your meals.

So read this and chime in. But by all means, minimize confusion to maximize both health and pleasure of food, by understanding its place in your world, and ours:
