Wrist a Little, But Not Too Long

Print Friendly, PDF & Email

An internet colleague – someone I met on line via LinkedIn who is a fantastic blogger and an occupational therapist – sent me this blog she’d written on wrist pain. It is well worth sharing here. I don’t have as much knowledge about this critical joint as I should but this article fills in so many voids it’s hard to pass it up. So if you’re dealing with carpal tunnel symptoms, read this. But one of the best ways to avoid wrist pain, you know, is to get off the computer, especially the cell phone, and take a walk in nature.

Just don’t fall.
