Physical Activity Does Curb AppetiteGood news: performing physical activity reduces your appetite – for hormonal if not psychological reasons – at least for 9 hours.

So it’s worth noting that you might want to engage in activity prior to dinner – like after work – so as to minimize the total calories you consume shortly before bedtime. It may also help you sleep better.
